Landscape Design and Construction

Our approach to landscape design and construction is the following:

1. Visitation and consultation during the initial visit allows both parties to understand our approach to planning and the customers expections of construction.
2. A design is implemented based on the conditions specified by both parties. A copy of a plat or survey of the property of the customer os required to eliminate guess work, and speed the turn around of the design.
3. A plan is produced to scale according to the work desired by the customer over the areas indicated to the landscape designer. an irrigation design is produced only if requested, or if an irrigation system is the only installation requested by the customer.
4. A Landscape design is accompanied by a bid or materials "Take-off list". This list includes all the materials needed for the construction and completion of the project at hand, regardless of whom the installer maybe.
5. Upon agreement of the design, a construction contract is presented to the customer to ehich both parties are expected to adhere.
6. Any customer may choose to have a portion of a design installed as the customer wants or in accordance with their budget, as agreed by both parties. Likewise a portion of the landscape design cost will be credited to any customer who signs a contract for construction of a partial installation.
7. All designs have a fee, according to the square foot area of the design and installation. Customers are not required to purchase the landscape design, but, it is a great tool for any one to implement, or any one to bid against.
8. Upon completion, the warranty period will take over for the established time described in the contract.
